Bro. Floyd McKee - Pastor

Bro. Floyd McKee became pastor of Rancho Village B. C. in October 1990.  He has a B. A. in Religion from Oklahoma Baptist University, and a Masters of Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He has completed partial work toward a Doctor degree from Luther Rice University and Louisiana Baptist University.

He has been married to Pam since 1977.  They have a daughter, Tabitha.  She is married to John Melton.  On September 19th, 2005 Bro. Floyd became a proud grandpa for the first time.  Hannah Faith Melton and then later, on July 8, 2008, Chloe Grace Melton became the second grandbaby in Pastor Floyd and Pam's family.  God has blessed in a special way with these two beautiful grand-children.

Bro. Floyd and Pam also have one son, Joshua who is now minister to youth at Rancho Village and on May 12, 2006, was married to Emily Young.  Joshua attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he received his Masters in Christian Education in 2010, and Emily attended University of Oklahoma and received her Ph D in chemistry in 2009.

In 2009, Bro. Floyd and Pam completed adoption procedures for three beautiful children.  Dallas, Makenna, and Serriah.  This new addition to the family has placed a challenge in their life, but God is gracious and always faithful.  To Him be all glory and praise.

Bro. Steven Lunsford - Minister of Music

Bro. Steve joined our staff in June of 2008.  He began his vocational ministry in 1994.  He married his high school sweet heart, Robin,  in 1985 and have three wonderful children; Levi,  Lucas and Leah.  The whole family is excited to be at Rancho Village B.C.  Steve grew up in Choctaw, OK and graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1997 with his Bachelors of Music Education.  He taught vocal music in school before entering into the ministry full-time.  He also has several hours toward his masters of church music from Southwestern Theological Seminary.   Steve has a passion for worship and praise for our heavenly Father.  His desire is for people to experience God and have a deeper walk with God as they live a life of worship.

Bro. Joshua McKee - Youth Minister

Joshua has been a member of Rancho Village Baptist since October of 1991.  He had assisted the ministry voluntarily here for several years in the past.  He has helped with Young Musicians Camp, Children's Falls Creek, Vacation Bible School, along with many other volunteer opportunities. 

Joshua served as Associate Youth Ministry Intern for Willmont Place Baptist Church and, also, served as interim for FBC, Yukon, OK.  He began serving Rancho Village as interim in March 2006 and became full time minister to Youth in April 2006. In May of 2007 Joshua was married to Emily and the two serve side by side.

Joshua graduated Southeast High School in 2000.  He graduated University of Central Oklahoma with a B.A. in Interpersonal Communication in May 2006. And went on on to recieve his Masters Degree in Christian Education from SWBTS in 2010.

Bro. Roger Eccles - Minister of Education

Bro. Roger Eccles serves the Rancho Village Baptist Church family as part-time Minister of Education.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1977 and will complete his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Christian Studies from Oklahoma Baptist University in December 2011.  Bro. Roger and his wife, Sue, who serves as Rancho’s Secretary / Office Manager, have been members since May of 2009.

Bro. Roger and Sue have been married since April 1976.  They have two children. Their daughter Erin is married to Marvin Williams and they have two children, Reagann and Deacon.  Their son Ryan is married to Lindy.  They have three children, Rylan, Corbyn and Lily.

Bro. Roger has a passion for the lost.  His desire is that everyone come to a salvation relationship with Jesus Christ and then continues to grow in the knowledge of their Savior.
